Brazilian football club Santos has officially announced the extension of Neymar’s contract.
According to information released by the club’s press service the new agreement will keep the star forward at the club until the end of the season, with the contract running through December 31, 2026.
Neymar, a product of Santos’ youth academy, previously played for the club’s senior team between 2009 and 2013 before continuing his career in Europe. He later represented Barcelona in Spain and Paris Saint-Germain in France.
The 33-year-old attacker returned to his boyhood club at the beginning of 2025. During the current season, Neymar has featured in 28 matches for Santos, scoring 11 goals.
