Chelsea forward João Félix has completed a transfer to Saudi Arabian side Al Nassr in a deal that could rise to £43.7 million (€50 million). The agreement includes an initial payment of £26.2 million (€30 million), with an additional £17.5 million (€20 million) in performance-based add-ons.
While Benfica had been exploring the possibility of bringing the 25-year-old back, it is Al Nassr who secured his signature. The Saudi club, aiming to strengthen their title ambitions in the Pro League, have also extended Cristiano Ronaldo's contract and brought in veteran Portuguese coach Jorge Jesus.
Following Félix’s departure, Chelsea are expected to intensify their efforts to sign Ajax defender Jorrel Hato and RB Leipzig’s versatile forward Xavi Simons.
